Cranmore guest house is in a perfect location, just a short bus ride to birmingham. I got a double room with a kitchenette, super convenient. The parking included made things even easier. The landlord was really helpful in explaining how to turn up the heating!

We strongly recommend this venue.
Overall, it's handy base for exploring Solihull attractions. It offers excellent services. The location is great, 4 km from The Core Theatre Solihull. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, you're dope!

The location easy to access shops was marvellous and quiet. Moreover, it was very close to bus stop to Birmingham or Solihull, taxis and the city centre.

A cozy stay with a kitchen
Cranmore Guest House was a good surprise. The double room was comfy with a handy kitchenette. The host was understanding and always willing to help.
I experienced a few inconveniences. The shower tray drained slowly, and there were basic amenities missing for the complimentary hot drinks, which could be improved.

Solo travelers welcome here
The owners were very assertive, calling me to check before my arrival since I had booked 7 months prior. I remembered forgetting my charger, but they lent me a plug right away was nice!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what I got.

The double room I stayed in had a private bathroom, a definite perk, and I appreciated having enough space to move around. The cleanliness level was decent, and I was able to rest comfortably during my time there.
There were a few issues that could use some attention. The shower tray was slow to drain, a bit of a nuisance, and the silicone around the wash basin and shower tray could definitely be replaced. There was a lack of basic toiletries and supplies, like milk or sugar with the complimentary hot drinks. To add to that, my privacy was disrupted since the room layout forced guests to cross paths to reach the shower room. This could be awkward for solo travelers.

Room had a shower, body soap, towels, and heating. I appreciated the tea/coffee maker and wireless internet. The hosts were super helpful, providing an iron and ironing facilities. Spa facilities were a nice touch. Everything was clean and comfy!
